Need to SLOW DOWN

The Modern life, along with many advantages has also brought few disadvantages to our life. Life could be very challanging for many of us, trying to complete daily chores, right from getting out of bed, rushing to office, work pressure, meeting deadlines, managing family time, preparing for tomorrow and finally dozing off. Oh Dear, the list is exhaustive, and what we miss is, the Lifestyle Quality.

During these times, just observe your breathing patterns (short and rapid), the way your body parts are responding, like tapping feets, fingers, pacing etc and try to observe your thoughts. Your brain may be working at a lightening speed, but deleting everything else happening around you, you would just not notice the small things.

The world is moving at breakneck speed. We are loaded with informations, some relevant and mostly irrelevant.

Sometimes, this works fine, but mostly it leads to “Psychological burnouts”. We spend so much time and energy trying to keep up and fit everything into our days that we can not even enjoy them.
